Maintenance
Yes on site maintenance is here Monday-Saturday from 8am-5pm. |
Work orders can be submitted through your RentCafe portal anytime, if you do not have access the office will gladly help you. Otherwise office staff is happy to submit the work order for you. |
Maintenance issues are handled within 24 hours, if parts are needed then maintenance will make you aware of this and will provide an an estimated time of arrival on the part ordered. |
No, it is not necessary for you to be present for your work order as long as permission to eneter is given. Maintenance will then leave collateral with details on your finished work order. |
After hours lock outs are not provided to tenants, if a lock is needed to be changed then it is the tenants responsibility financially. |
Each tenant may decorate their own apartment, any changes within the unit after move out will be charged to the tenant if not left in the same condition it wasn't given. |
Amenities
We offer rooftop views of the city, 24-hour gym, storage units, parking, in unit washer-dryer, BBQ, indoor bike storage, concierge services, conference room and key fob entry. |
Our rooftop is available 24 hours with quiet hours of 10pm to 9am. |
Yes parking is available for $250 monthly. |
Washer dryer units are located in every unit. |
There is no pet deposit only pet rent of $40 monthly for each pet. |

Applications for all units may be submitted online through RentCafe or also welcome to be submitted in person by paper applcation. |
Applications are approved withing 24-48 hours. |
A $200 holding deposit is due when applying along with a $14 application fee,then at move in a $450 security deposit will be due. The other costs due at move in will be rent, this may alter if you move in the middle of the month at which this will be pro-rated. |
We recommend all residents take pictures of your unit at move in and walk with your leasing professional for any questions you may have within the unit. |
Rent may be paid with cashiers check, money order, personal check or online throgh the RentCafe app. |
Payments online can be submitted through RentCafe with a credit or debit. A account may also be used with your set up of account and routing number. |
No monthly fees. |
Yes renters insurance is required for all residents. |
No utilities are included in rent with the exception of MFTE (Multi-Family Tax Exemption) units. |
Water, Sewer, and trash utilities are set up automatically at move in through Conservice. Tenant is resposible for setting up electricity through Seattle City light. |
Providers within the building are Astound, Century Link and Xfinity. |
Yes referral bonuses are offered. |
Guests are welcome anytime with a limit of 2 weeks. |
12 month terms provide the best rate possible. Any shorter terms will receive a premium based on the length of their stay. |
If you transfer within the community or within our sister communities your deposit will be transferred. |
No, subletting is not allowed on within any time of your lease. |
If your lease is broken then a two month penalty is placed, the full amount is due within 5 days of giving notice. |

Continue on Stewart St and take Boren Ave and take a left Pine st follow until you meet Minor Ave on your right side. If you are coming from South Seattle please follow I-5 N and take exit 166 to Olive Way. Turn right onto Melrose Ave and turn right onto Pine St. Our apartments will be located on your next right. |
