Is smoking allowed?
No, we are a smoke-free community. Smoking and vaping are prohibited.
Do you have storage units available?
Yes! Storage units are available for $25/month.
Do you offer bike storage?
Yes! Bike storage is first-come, first-serve and 100% complimentary.
Is your property pet-friendly?
Yes! There is a limit of two pets per household. We are also conveniently located next to a local dog park.
What are your pet fees?
$35/month pet rent per pet. Any service animal or emotional support animal documentation negates pet rent, and any approved animal does not count toward household limit.

What is the guest policy?
Persons not listed on the lease must not stay in the apartment for more than 14 days in any 12-month period or 7 consecutive days without prior written consent.
What are my options for paying rent?
You can pay rent online through the resident portal or dropping physical payment to leasing office.
How do I pay for my utilities?
You can pay for utilities online through the resident portal or dropping physical payment to leasing office.
What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?
During business hours, we can assist with lockouts at no cost. For after-hours lockouts, we can respond for a $150 lockout charge.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
You can submit a maintenance request online through the resident portal or calling the leasing office.
Do you have on-site maintenance?
Yes, we offer on-site maintenance during business hours, and after-hours emergency maintenance.
Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?
Yes. There is a separate recycling and garbage chute on each floor.
Are there any move in charges?
We only charge prorated rent, along with your security deposit.
If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?
Once you have a completed application on our website (including paying the screening fee and $300 initial deposit), the apartment is held for you.
Do you accept a shorter lease term?
Our minimum lease term is 6 months.
How long does it take for an application to be approved?
Typically 24-48 business hours.
